We saw a problem. We fixed it.

Selling tenant insurance with individual state licensing requirements and the issuance of individual insurance policies caused confusion and inefficiencies to the operator.  The tenant protection policy program solved this, which is a contractual liability insurance policy issued to the facility - providing protection through a lease addendum to the tenants contents being stored, as promised by the owner.  It is much easier to understand, sell, and is more profitable to the facility owner. Many facility owners needed assistance in marketing and implementing the program at their facilities. In addition, insurance carriers were hesitant to underwrite facilities that did not have loss history data, or required large minimum premiums in order to issue a policy.

SSOA partnered with an industry leader to provide an "A" rated solution.  We've simplified the entire program.  We launched marketing and training tools, and due to the large amount of participation were able to group facilities in the program to create a competitive advantage in the insurance marketplace - the SPA program. Clients were able to purchase a more competitively priced tenant protection policy due to the lowered risk and lower loss ratios -  which increased profits to the facility owners!  SSOA provides the training tools to assist the owner/operators.
